This series explores the dread and defiance that life in a nation deeply embedded with distorted Christian principles and right-wing ideology inspires in those who are not at advantage in such a climate through allegorical sculptures

Construction of these figures was informed by the artist’s background in cake sculpture and serves as a departure from the edible to the permanent form
